Vaktimizin çoğunu evlerimizde geçirdiğimiz bu süreçte evlerimizde bulunan ürünlerin kimya ile bağlantısını inceliyoruz. My team students received their project completion certificates. Congratulations to all of you my dear students.
There is Chemistry at Home” -We started the eTwinning project in January 2021. Our project is carried out with the partnership of 11 schools from Turkey, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Republic of Moldova and France.
“There is Chemistry at Home” - In our eTwinning project; In the days when we are closed to homes in the global epidemic and we say there is life at home; We tried to carry out a project where our students will open their horizons, spend their time productively, and at the same time learn the Chemistry subjects in our lives, which are included in the Chemistry course curriculum.
Our project was founded on learning the contents of the chemicals we use at home and the harm they can cause to our health and the environment. At the same time, we sought an answer to the question of whether we can create our own products with natural materials instead of ready-made and additive products. During the project, our students got an idea by doing research on the chemicals found in our homes but of which they have little knowledge. Instead of ready-made foods containing additives, they made yogurt, bread, jam, etc. at home. They tried to make their own cleaning products with materials found at home. They reinforced their knowledge with the seminars they received from experts in their fields. The information they have acquired; Using web2.0 tools, they prepared word clouds, mind maps, video presentations, posters, cartoons and presented them to the project stakeholders. They learned cooperation and solidarity by working with mixed school teams.
As a joint product; We created a thematic calendar with our mixed school teams and prepared word clouds to form the letters of the name of our project.
We applied a survey to our students for each month and at the end of the month, we applied Kahoot for evaluation purposes. We applied a questionnaire to our students, teachers and parents while starting and finishing the project. We made a comparative analysis of the survey results and collected them in an ebook.
We created virtual exhibitions from monthly works.
We made our monthly events into ebooks with our mixed school teams.
Now we have come to the end of our project. Working on this project has been a very educational and enjoyable experience for us and our students. We created an ebook by taking samples from the work we did during the project. We present the final product of our project to your liking.
As we approached the final of our project, we asked our project stakeholders for their opinions on the project. We combined the answers we got into one ebook.
We applied a questionnaire about the project to our students, teachers and parents while starting and finishing our project. We made comparative analysis of the answers we received and turned the results we obtained into ebooks.
